This role will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic partnerships that drive revenue, enable new products and services, and manage and drive the Lenovo ThinkShield partner and alliances platform. Further, this role will own the ecosystem strategy and execution for emerging areas of technology at the cross-section of security and innovation (e.g. AI, Quantum, etc.). This role offers an opportunity to help define Lenovo's security ecosystem solutions and service strategy and product roadmap and lead major initiatives within the company. The candidate should have the ability to quickly develop expertise and a point of view on new industries, technologies partnership opportunities, and advocate for, and build consensus around, their recommendations among executives and other key stakeholders.
The candidate should be equally comfortable negotiating contracts and collaborating on product strategy, and should have experience leading complex, high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as well as a strong analytical bent and the ability to navigate and embrace complexity. While managing the day-to-day partner relationships, the candidate will need to be able to see the big picture while remaining detail-oriented.
