Overview

Pediatrix is seeking an exceptional neonatologist to join our well-established practice of 9 neonatologists and 7 NNPs, in Knoxville, Tennessee.



Responsibilities

  • East Tennessee Children's Hospital, a busy 60-bed, Level-III NICU with an average daily census of 50, in a new state-of-the art unit.
  • As a team, physicians are very active in CQI and patient safety initiatives.
  • There are approximately 5,000 deliveries per year with several area hospitals that we provide NBN support with PNPs and Pediatricians
  • Childrens' hospital provides strong pediatric subspecialty support.
  • Services provided include high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide.
  • Experienced as well as newly graduating fellows are welcome to apply.
