RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
* Operate /monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
* Load and unload items on the production line, including packaging or unpacking products.
* Start and stop the production line as needed to keep up with workflow and prevent potential safety hazards.
* Inspect products for defects and pull items off the line before they proceed further in the production process.
* Produce products within 100% specification as requested by the customer
* Delivery of product to meet scheduled customer demands and meet quality objectives
* Works with manufacturing staff on quality and production-related issues.
* Possesses the ability to read and understand ruler and traceability records.
* Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED.
* Combination of additional education and experience
* Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions
* Ability to read blueprints and take measurements with a ruler
* Ability to run and operate similar equipment
* 3+ years' experience with operating machinery, and inspection in a similar function or environment
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Display knowledge of key areas of the manufacturing process
