Reimagine What's Possible
At Air Products, our purpose is to bring people together to reimagine what's possible, collaborate and innovate solutions to the world's most significant energy and environmental sustainability challenges. Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse, and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.
Reimagine What's PossibleAir Products does a lot! Not only do we own and operate a diverse portfolio of gas plants, develop innovative technology, applications, and equipment solutions serving over 30 different industries, but we also internally perform the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) of our own plants within our Americas Project Delivery Organization. We are seeking Project Managers to join our team and lead all aspects of the execution of the EPCM of our plants. This role may be based out of our Allentown, PA or Houston, TX locations and will require ~25% domestic and global travel.
Possible projects may involve the following technologies: gasification, traditional/gray hydrogen (H2), blue H2, green H2, CO2/carbon capture, ammonia (NH3), NH3 cracking, cryogenic air separation (ASU), and renewable wind, solar, and/or hydroelectric power. This team coordinates all phases of projects including proposals, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning/start-up.
Projects range in size from $150MM to $7BN+ and may be located anywhere within North America. Complexity varies greatly and is derived from the number of external organizations engaged, the use of multiple execution strategies, construction in difficult geographies/locations, and the project's size relative to the core execution capability that the company has executed previously.
You will have significant interaction with JV's, strategic partners, EPCs, and suppliers to ensure effective coordination across all involved to ensure delivery on project commitments and interface extensively with the customer on engineering in addition to the technical matters.
