POSITION SUMMARY:

The Automation Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will lead a talented team of experts, driving the development and implementation of automation strategies across various domains. Your focus will be on enhancing customer experiences through Chatbot and Voicebot, optimizing internal workflows and leveraging technology to achieve operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for automation projects.
  • Daily supervision and coordination of team members to ensure optimum levels of productivity and accuracy.

Chatbot / Voicebot

  • Design and implement new features, enhancing user experiences and driving customer satisfaction through collaboration with system developers.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Chatbot/Voicebot into existing customer journey.

Internal Process Digitalization

  • Evaluate internal workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Lead the design and implementation of automated processes for contact center operations.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in automation project management and implementation
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with modern programming languages (Python, C++, Java, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • REQUIRED: Bilingual: English and Korean (written & verbal)
  • Ability to identify obstacles and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to carry out tasks in time frame and follow through to completion.
