The Steward is one of the most critical roles in our kitchen. As a Steward, you'll make sure the highest quality ingredients and products are always on hand, work with suppliers to place orders (food, beverage and dry stock items) and maintain all storage areas in the restaurant.

What You'll Do:
- Attention to Detail; you're meticulous with weights, measurements, volumes, dates and numbers
- Cleanliness and Organization; you know where everything is, and everything has a place
- Excellent communication skills; you're a good listener and clear with expectations and instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist; you're constantly on the move
- Must be at least 18 years old
