Cintas is seeking an Intern to participate in a rotational intern experience designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of our business and a deep dive into our world-class corporate culture. The goal is to expose the Intern to our different departments through hands-on learning and project-based experiences. The intern will rotate through the key areas of our business: service, production/warehouse, office administration, and sales. The intern experience will provide college students with the opportunity to interact with multiple departments in order to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills. The intern program is designed to prepare young professionals to join our Management Trainee program upon completion of their bachelor's degree.
- High School Diploma or GED - Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree
- Other co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role - A business or otherwise related academic major - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet - A leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities - Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
