  We offer convenient on-site single-stream recycling centers for plastics, paper, and glass in all of our communities.

• Water Conservation
  We take every opportunity to conserve our resources. For example, we use non-potable water for landscaping purposes and install rain sensors throughout our communities to prevent unnecessary watering.

• Energy Efficiency
  We use energy-efficient lighting such as compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) in our clubhouses, fitness centers, and apartment models.
