Boston Government Services is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Enriched Uranium Operations (EUO) Production Microwave at the Y-12 National Security Complex located in Oak Ridge, TN.

Responsibilities:
The Project Engineer will provide support and coordination for Enriched Uranium Operations (EUO) Production Microwave initiatives to increase equipment reliability and process throughput.
The Project Engineer will provide support necessary to complete design and implementation of data acquisition network and remote monitoring capability for out gassing oven equipment used by Special Materials Operations (SMO) Production personnel. Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide technical integration, leadership, guidance, and direction to other multi-disciplined engineering teams as requested for high profile plant initiatives and will appropriately apply ASME Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA-1) requirements for work in nuclear facilities.
- Plan and direct the engineering activities on projects.
- Establish detailed project design scope, budgets, and schedules.
- Professionally coordinate engineering efforts with Production, Maintenance, Project Management, Construction, Startup, and Project Controls personnel.
- Review project engineering progress against approved schedules and take corrective action when required.
