Job Description

Under the supervision of members of Penn Mutual Asset Management, the intern will work on a variety of assignments to gain an overall understanding of the functions of Penn Mutual Asset Management.

Responsibilities

  • Assignments may include statistical analysis, research, economic analysis or special projects.Complies with all company and site policies and procedures
  • Remains current in profession and industry trends
  • Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills
  • Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred).
  • A demonstrated interest in asset management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement
  • Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment

Required Experience
  • Investment coursework, investment club participation, prior investment internships a strong plus.

Education/Licenses/Professional Designations

  • Working towards degree with emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
