ABOUT THE TEAM Local HR Services is a global team of functional specialists providing efficient and compliant delivery of HR Services and consultancy to employees and leaders where unique country support is required. LHRS team canvas: WHAT YOULL DO: POSITION TITLE: SAP iXp Intern -Local HR Services LOCATION: Newtown Square, PA EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: January 3, 2022, through June 3, 2022 (extension possible if within policy). IN THIS ROLE, YOULL: Describe the role: Delivery of local HR processes, focused on Onboarding and Hiring Compliance support. As well as coordinating the teams 2022 improvement plan for these processes. - Preparation for weekly day one welcome session for North America locations - Customer experience survey feedback and identify process improvements - Second level inquiry support related to day one - Drives Onboarding and New Hire I9 improvement plan - Support I9 hiring compliance - Work on cross-department collaboration - IT, Data Management Talent Attraction, and Facilities Note to TA: 3 out of 4 of our last Local HR Services interns focused on supporting the role moved into roles at SAP. Additionally, we recently hired a intern into our team. WHO YOU ARE: Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. - Self-motivated - Improvement focused - Customer-focused and cares about customer experiences - Educational requirements - In pursuit of a bachelors degree or recently graduated - Education and desire to work in Human Resources or related area is a plus - Desired skills/experience to be successful in this role - Microsoft office is a must - Project management experience is a big plus - Previous experience in HR a plus Follow @SAPiXp on Instagram and dont miss anything about our experiences worldwide!
